IS THIS A PRIVATE DOOR-TO-DOOR TRANSFER?
Yes. All our journeys are exclusively private. Your driver collects you from the exact address provided on your booking and drops you directly at the destination you listed.
WHAT VEHICLE WILL BE USED?
All transfers are carried out in 9-seat minibuses.
WHERE WILL I MEET MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY DRIVER?
Please call us on +33 7 49 21 82 12 and we will unite you with your driver.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, get in touch with us and we’ll resend it.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
Your booking request email will arrive with a secure payment link. Bookings will only be confirmed once paid in full.
DO YOU PROVIDE BABY OR BOOSTER SEATS?
Yes — baby and booster seats are available at no extra charge.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?
Each traveller may bring one small hand bag and one checked suitcase (total dimensions per suitcase height + width + length = 160cm max, max weight 25kg max). and / or ski bag (maximum of four ski bags per booking). You will be transported in a LWB Renault Trafic Combi van. If the luggage does not fit within this vehicle then we reserve the right to refuse to carry it or charge additional fees.
CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL DURING THE TRANSFER?
No. Alcohol consumption is not allowed. We may refuse carriage to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or whose behaviour puts others at risk. No refunds are given in these cases.
WHAT PICKUP TIME SHOULD I CHOOSE AT THE AIRPORT?
We recommend a pickup time at least 60 minutes after your arrival.
WHAT PICKUP TIME SHOULD I CHOOSE FROM RESORT TO THE AIRPORT?
Please choose a time approx. 4 hours before your departure. We will calculate a safe departure time based on your flight’s schedule and expected traffic. Your confirmed pickup time is sent by SMS and email the day before travel.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Drivers will wait for one hour beyond your scheduled pickup time. After that, we will transport you as soon as a vehicle becomes available, which may require a wait.
CAN WE STOP AT A SUPERMARKET ON THE WAY?
Unfortunately, no. The only authorised stop is your booked destination address.
CAN I ADD EXTRA PASSENGERS WITHOUT CHANGING THE PRICE?
Yes — as long as the total number does not exceed eight passengers.
CAN I BE PICKED UP OR DROPPED OFF AT AN AIRPORT HOTEL?
Yes. Select the airport as your transfer point and include the hotel name in the flight details box when you book.
I WANT TO TRAVEL TO A PLACE NOT LISTED ON YOUR FORM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Choose “OTHER” as the destination on the booking page and type in the address. We’ll email you a quote once the form is submitted.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations are free for the first 48 hours after booking. After that, you may cancel up to 14 days before the first leg of travel for a full refund, minus a €30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will not be refunded.
